Equipment Manager

Koch Companies is looking for an Equipment Manager who's ready to take ownership of our fleet from end to end. You'll be the go-to expert for managing our tractors and trailers throughout their lifecycle. From initial assignment to final sale, you'll ensure every piece of equipment is tracked, maintained, and utilized in a way that supports our operational and financial goals. You'll work closely with Maintenance, Operations, Recruiting, Safety, and external vendors to keep our fleet efficient, compliant, and ready.

Location : Golden Valley, MN (onsite)

Salary Range : $70,000 $74,000+ per annum (commensurate with experience)

About the role

The salary grade for this position ranges from $67,067.90 - $95,221.20 per annum. While offers will be based on experience and qualifications, the targeted pay range for this role is $70,000 $74,000+ (commensurate with experience).
