At Vanderbilt Children's Surgery Center in Murfreesboro, TN, we're on a mission to provide exceptional surgical care to children - join us as an experienced Pediatric Surgical Technologist and be part of something extraordinary.
The Surgical Tech II facilitates patient care by assisting physicians / nursing staff before, during and after surgical procedures by creating and maintaining, a sterile field and providing the instruments and supplies required by the surgeons in a sterile manner according to established plan for patient care with occasional guidance. Is able to perform competently most of the cases in a given service / shift.

Our pediatric surgery team at Vanderbilt Children's Surgery Center treats a wide range of conditions, from common issues like appendicitis and hernias to complex tumors and birth defects. We collaborate closely with pediatricians, anesthesiologists, and other specialists to provide comprehensive, family-centered care. Each year, our surgeons perform thousands of procedures for newborns through teens, specializing in every stage of surgical care - from diagnosis to recovery.
Required :
NBSTSA CST - National Board of Surgical Technologist and Surgical Assistants, Certified Surgical Technologist.
Exceptions : If a graduate of a surgical technologist armed forces training program, no certification is required.
