Job Description
The Senior Electrical Engineer will lead the design and implementation of innovative, energy-efficient power and lighting distribution systems with a strong emphasis on sustainability. In this leadership role, you’ll guide projects from inception through completion, ensuring excellence, alignment with our core values, and delivery of high-impact solutions across a range of sectors including Commercial Offices, Education, Healthcare, and Municipal / Aviation.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited institutionCurrent Professional Engineering (PE) LicensePreferred Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years as a Licensed PEAbility to obtain PE Licensure in the State of Texas10+ years of experience in electrical design (Municipal / Aviation, Education, Healthcare, and Commercial sectors)7+ years of experience managing MEP design3+ years of project management experience3+ years of supervisory experience over an MEP design teamValid Texas Driver License with acceptable MVR and background checkTypical Duties
Serve as Engineer of Record for the electrical disciplineLead design of branch circuit and overall power distribution systemsPerform design calculations and ensure code complianceManage all phases of electrical design from planning to constructionConduct site visits, field evaluations, and construction administration tasksReview submittals / shop drawings and respond to RFIsLead internal and external project meetingsMentor and supervise design staff, conduct performance check-insPrepare and manage project contracts and fee proposalsCollaborate with business development teams to support client relationshipsTake on special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned
