Title : UKG Ready Payroll Consultant

POSITION OVERVIEW

This is a Level 10 role within the CM&T (Communications, Media, and Technology) team focused on Business & Technology Integration. The consultant will be essential in implementing the UKG Ready solution, primarily concentrating on the Payroll module for the client.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Implement the UKG Ready solution, with a focus on Payroll.

Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations.

Migrate and validate timekeeping data during implementations.

Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on timekeeping processes and system usage.

Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Align with project timelines, risks, and milestones (without direct project management responsibilities).

TOP 3 REQUIRED SKILLS

UKG Ready (P5 - Master) + 1.5+ years

UKG Ready Payroll + 1.5+ years

Payroll Taxes (Solid understanding of U.S. payroll compliance, including state-specific requirements) + 1.5+ years

ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS

Functional experience with General Ledger and Payroll History.

Experience in training delivery and user support.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.

Ability to interpret Workforce Management, HR, and Payroll needs and configure systems accordingly.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate is a highly functional UKG Ready expert with a strong focus on Payroll implementation, possessing the ability to configure and deploy the system effectively. They should have a solid grasp of U.S. payroll compliance and be comfortable working within structured project environments (discovery, build, test, go-live) while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

Lead the configuration and deployment of the UKG Ready Payroll solution based on gathered client requirements.

Conduct data migration and validation, particularly for timekeeping data.

Provide subject matter expertise on U.S. payroll compliance and tax requirements during the build process.

Deliver training and support to end-users on payroll processes and system usage.

Work collaboratively with all project stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
