Job Responsibilities :
Inpatient Pharmacist Position in an Acute Hospital Setting
Provide pharmaceutical information to multidisciplinary health care team, engage in Kinetic dosing, therapy consults and order verification
Work directly with nursing, physicians and peer to provide acute care services
Comply with state and federal drug laws, KHN policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
Start Date : ASAP
Assignment Duration : 13+Weeks / 40 hours
Shift : 0700 1530
Required Credentials : OHLicense
