Attorney
Our client is a boutique law firm that is growing quickly, with great people and resources, and focusing heavily on consumer debt resolution.
They're currently looking for an attorney to join the team whose focus will be on multi-state compliance. This is an on-site role with offices in Las Vegas.
Attorney :
- Must be licensed in Nevada
- Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Must have experience with multi-state compliance in the consumer debt resolution sector OR bankruptcy litigation experience that includes Adversary Proceedings.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Will ensure that the firm is operating legally in the 47 states, and growing, in which they are conducting business
- Must be very hands-on, methodical, and detail-oriented as you will be tasked with streamlining and organizing processes
- Will report directly to executive leadership, and will own the compliance function for the firm
- Salary is likely to be $150k-$170k base + bonus potential, benefits, PTO, etc
This position is a key in the growth of our client, and will impact operations day 1. While they are focused on growing quickly and driving business, they also care deeply about their people and want to invest in them, develop them, and give them opportunities to grow.
This is a brand-new hire and they will be looking to fill the role quickly.
