Neumont College of Computer Science has an immediate opening for a full-time (tech) Faculty to teach within our bachelor programs. Specifically, Faculty at Neumont College of Computer Science are responsible for educating students in accordance with the Neumont teaching methodology, which focuses on active learning and engaging students in the learning environment. Faculty members are also responsible for grading and providing valuable feedback to students in a timely manner, mentoring students in groups or individually, redesigning and evaluating curriculum.

The ideal candidate has 4 years' minimum experience working in systems and IT security engineering and is familiar with the following :

• Linux System Administration - Rocky, Ubuntu, Kali, Mint, Alpine
• Bash Shell Scripting
• DNS Configuration & Administration - BIND (Linux) and Windows DNS
• Web Server Administration - Apache, nginx, IIS, SSL / TLS, virtual hosting
• Web Security - OWASP Top 10 principles
• Computer Hardware Fundamentals - CPU architecture, memory types (ROM, RAM, EEPROM, etc.), storage (magnetic, flash), BIOS, bus architectures (USB, Thunderbolt)
• Cybersecurity & Information Assurance Tools - nmap, Nessus, Wireshark, Autopsy
• Networking Technologies - TCP / IP stack, routing, ARP, DHCP, DNS
• DevOps & Automation - Git, Jenkins, Docker, Zabbix, Kubernetes
• Red Team Tactics & Ethical Hacking Tools - Kali Linux, OSINT tools, nmap, Metasploit, social engineering
• IT & Security Governance Frameworks - ITIL, COBIT, NIST, ISO 27000
• Regulatory Compliance - CFAA, HIPAA, GLBA, SOX, PCI DSS, GDPR
