Hours : Monday - Friday 8am-4 : 30pm

Rate of Pay : $24.00 per hour Great Benefit Package

Were looking for a PROS Employment Services Supervisor who is ready to lead a talented team while making a direct impact on lives across Dutchess County.

What youll do

Travel regularly (across MiddletownNewWindsorHyde Park &Millbrook) to coach Employment Specialists and partner with our five PROS clinical teams.

Guide staff performancereview notes set goals audit outcomes and champion continuous improvement.

Carry a small caseload (810 clients) so you stay handson modeling bestpractice supportedemployment techniques.

Collect and analyze monthly outcome data with thirdparty researchers to keep our program on the leading edge.

What you bring

23yrs in supported employment with people who have disabilities and / or mentalhealth diagnoses

Supervisory chops and standout organizational engagement and leadership skills

Valid NY State drivers license & willingness to travel countywide

Associates degree required (Bachelors preferred)
