Electrical Wiring Technician – Training Provided📍 Hanover, MD 🕒 Full‑Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–5:00 PM OR 5:00 PM–3:30 AM 💵 $19–$21/hour (based on experience) 🔁 Temp‑to‑Hire | Weekly Pay 🛠️ Steel/Composite Toe Shoes RequiredWe are hiring an Electrical Wiring Technician to support electrical assembly and wiring production in a clean, fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Whether you have hands‑on wiring experience or you’re coming from a technical or trade‑school background, this Electrical Wiring Technician role offers full training and long‑term growth.⭐ Job ResponsibilitiesAs an Electrical Wiring Technician, you will:
  • Assemble and wire electrical components and panel assemblies
  • Read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
  • Use hand and power tools including wire strippers, crimpers, drills, and torque tools
  • Perform basic electrical testing (multimeters, continuity checks, etc.)
  • Route, secure, and label wiring inside electrical units
  • Inspect work for accuracy, quality, and correct configuration
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
⭐ QualificationsTo succeed as an Electrical Wiring Technician, you should have:
  • 1+ year of electrical wiring or panel assembly experience preferred
  • Technical/trade school experience (electrical, robotics, engineering tech, etc.)
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, or electrical drawings
  • Comfort using hand tools and power tools
  • Strong attention to detail and a safety‑focused mindset
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliability, punctuality, and strong teamwork skills
