Role
Yes& Marketing Shared Services team is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to assist our Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing with everyday marketing projects. Having 2-5 years marketing experience is a must. This role will be managing multiple brands under the Yes& portfolio — managing marketing projects, developing design creative brief based on stakeholders requests, coordinating design projects, deadline management, proofreading collaterals, trafficking / installing creative, working with print vendors. Supporting other aspects of the business with marketing needs such as email creative, online creative, internal communication, etc.
The ideal candidate must be comfortable speaking with clients / stakeholders and management team. Takes pride in hard work, has excellent attention to detail, and wants to be part of a growing organization, this could be your next long-term role. Willing to learn and open to Marketing executive feedback.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Coordination : Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (print, digital, social media, etc.).
- Comfort with leading meetings and presenting new brand initiatives to management team and partners.
- Ability and willingness to work with and provide feedback to internal and external graphic design team.
- Coordinating Marketing Projects including keeping track of projects within SharePoint project management system, the ability to manage timeline and meet deadlines.
- Proactive in finding new approaches and efficient methods.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs – Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Design experience or minor editing skills is a plus on adobe or other design programs like Canva.
- Ability and willingness to learn and apply Marketing and Advertising best practices by industry standard and established by the Marketing team. Staying apprised of current trends and capabilities.
- The ability to learn and adapt to internal Marketing programs. This role must have the ability to keep up with a very heavy workload and fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to attend meetings in-person at multiple locations.
- Proficient in spelling and grammar, as you will be proofreading a lot of marketing emails, websites, and marketing collaterals.
- You should have excellent organizational skills and be able to keep physical and electronic files in order.
- Works with associated stakeholders to ensure knowledge is up to date on events at each property and stay up to date on company information as it relates to the public.
- Work with Marketing Manager and all companies brand stakeholders on various marketing related projects.
- Meet all deadlines, as set by management.
- Maintain and enforce a professional environment.
- Maintain a flexible schedule during special events, while maintaining office hours expectation
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the resorts and companies.
- Perform all other job requests as assigned by management.
Qualifications
2-5 years previous Marketing experience is Required. Hospitality or lifestyle industry is a plus.Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field is preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office programs – Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Design experience or minor editing skills is a plus on adobe or other design programs like Canva.Willingness to learn new tools & strategies.Physical & Environmental
