Casino Marketing Coordinator

It is the responsibility of the Casino Marketing Coordinator to follow and carry out the requests of the Casino Host / Player Development Executive to create a memorable trip for our casino guests. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company's brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).

Responsibilities :

• Process hotel, limo, show, cabana, golf, restaurant, amenity, etc reservations.
• Update and send daily Limo, Room Food Beverage / Room Food Limited, & VIP reports.
• Post outside show charges onto guests folios.
• Assist Casino Host / Player Development Executive via email and phone throughout the day with various requests for casino guests.
• Interact with various departments Box office, VIP, Room Service, etc.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
