Role Summary

Responsible for monitoring, supervising, and guiding residents in their daily routine. Provide a healthy, therapeutic, and safe environment for residents and their children in direct care.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, protection, and care of residents individually and in groups at all times.
• Assist residents in working with groups and addressing individual problems.
• Administer discipline and set limits for behavior.
• Document residents\' progress; identify the need for professional services; communicate findings to professional staff.
• Ensure safety of residents during transportation to and from appointments as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality as required by St. Anne\'s, licensing, HIPAA, and other regulatory agencies.
