• We are hiring immediately for a full time SOUS CHEF position.
• Location : 3M - 4320 Goldmine Road, Monroe, North Carolina 28110. Note : online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full time; Monday through Thursday, 5 : 00 am to 2 : 00 pm. 8 : 00 am to 9 : 00 pm once every other week. More details upon interview.
• Requirements : Prior kitchen experience is preferred.
• Pay Range : $24.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary : Helps Executive Chef prepare and cook foods. Coordinates activities of cooks and other food-service associates. Assumes responsibility for kitchen and food-service associates in the absence of Executive Chef.
