Shift Leaders Support store leadership, train crew, and ensure smooth daily operations. Assistant Managers Help manage staff, scheduling, inventory, and customer service. Managers in Training (MIT) Hands-on leadership development program with mentorship. General Managers Oversee full store operations, drive results, lead teams, and grow the brand. Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Accurately prepare food following Jersey Mikes standards Operate grill, slicer, cash register, and prep stations Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards Work as part of a team and help train / develop others Lead by example with energy, positivity, and professionalism Minimum age : 16 for Crew (18+ for leadership roles) Previous restaurant / retail / leadership experience preferred (not required for entry level we train!) Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable, punctual, and motivated to grow Willingness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment Part-time or Full-time Day, evening, and weekend availability Starting at $14 / hr+ (varies by position and location)
