Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Develop the SE Organization : Recruit, mentor, and coach a team of high‑performing Sales Engineers across the Americas region. Establish a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
• Strategic Partnering : Work closely with the Regional Sales VP and global SE leadership to define and execute the regional technical sales strategy, aligning with business goals and revenue targets.
• Customer and Partner Engagement : Act as a senior technical advisor and trusted partner to key enterprise customers and channel partners, helping to shape and influence cybersecurity strategies.
• Technical Evangelism : Represent Check Point’s Cyberint platform in regional events, conferences, and strategic customer meetings. Articulate technical value in a way that resonates with executive and technical audiences alike.
• Operational Excellence : Drive consistency in pre‑sales processes, proof‑of‑value engagements, and RFP / RFI responses. Implement best practices and ensure the team delivers an exceptional customer experience.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Partner with Product Management, R&D, and Marketing teams to provide field insights, influence roadmap priorities, and align product capabilities to customer needs.
• Hands‑On Leadership : While this is primarily a leadership role, you will remain technically credible — able to step into complex customer discussions or technical validations as needed.
