Growth & Retention Analyst
Our Growth & Retention Analyst role is designed to accelerate the development of early-career marketing professionals passionate about e-commerce, direct-to-consumer (DTC), and paid-media businesses. Through hands-on learning, diverse assignments, and accelerated responsibility, you'll gain deep exposure to the key drivers of growth in digital commerce.
We're looking for driven and tenacious individuals who are committed to their careers, eager to grow into significant contributors within our team, and enthusiastic about exploring the DTC and media landscape.
What You'll Do :
You will work across two to three of the following functional areas at a time, depending on the needs of the business :
About You :
03 years of experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
A passion for Digital Marketing, D2C / Subscription business models, and Creative Selling
A strong work ethic with the ability to learn quickly, take on challenges, and adapt to feedback
Commercial aptitude with a knack for identifying unique campaign ideas and sales strategies
A deep understanding of our subscription product and member experience
Advanced Excel skills and the ability to read, interpret, and analyze data effectively
Excellent time management and organizational skills
A proven track record of academic and / or extracurricular excellence
High attention to detail and accuracy
Grit and perseverance in the face of challenges
Strong communication skillsable to clearly articulate complex ideas and solve ambiguous problems
Salary Range : $80,000 - $110,000
