Risk Business Analyst - System - Hybrid

This individual will be responsible to provide support for our Risk function. The role has the following responsibilities : research non-performing risk metrics, create actionable plans to bring metrics into performance, resolve issues, source data, prepare periodic reporting, recommend process change, and other duties for the entire EET organization. It leverages partnerships with Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition, Global Business Services, Portfolio Delivery and Risk to effectively run the business of technology.

• Additional Skills & Qualifications :
• 3-5 years of experience
• Advanced / Expert MS Office skills, especially Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint
• Strong Data Analytics skills including the ability to use data to provide end to end data analysis, trend analysis, and use data and analytics to recommend future strategy
• Outstanding written and verbal communication with executive presence and presentation skills Ability to coordinate and influence cross functional teams and routines.
• Escalates risks with clear options for resolution
