Key Responsibilities
Conduct 2nd interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and fit for available positions
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand business needs effectively
Act as an integral member of the recruitment team
Required Qualifications
Senior Software Engineer with expertise in languages such as JavaScript, Java, and Ruby on Rails
At least 5 years of experience working on large-scale engineering projects
Experience in hiring engineers for team expansion
Background in a high-growth, dynamic company environment
