Job Description :

A Product Manager (PM) is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap of a product. They act as the bridge between customers, business teams, and engineering teams to ensure that the final product meets user needs and business goals. A Product Manager drives the product from concept to launch — prioritizing features, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Vision :

Define the product vision, goals, and success metrics.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.

Roadmap Planning :

Develop and maintain the product roadmap aligned with company strategy.

Prioritize features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

Requirement Gathering :

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into product requirements and user stories.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and delivery.

Product Development :

Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch improvements.

Ensure timely delivery and quality assurance of features.

Customer & Market Insights :

Gather feedback from users to improve the product continuously.

Analyze data and key metrics to measure product performance and make data-driven decisions.

Go-to-Market Strategy :

Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for product launches, positioning, and messaging.

Required Skills :

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving ability

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Deep understanding of product lifecycle management

Experience with Agile or Scrum frameworks

Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Trello, Aha!, Productboard)

Basic understanding of UX / UI principles and data analytics

Strong business acumen and ability to balance customer needs with business goals
