Job Description

Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion. Schedule and manage subcontractors, materials, and inspections for smooth field operations. Enforce safety standards, conduct site safety meetings, and ensure OSHA compliance. Monitor progress and quality, addressing and resolving on-site issues proactively. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to execute project plans seamlessly. Maintain daily logs, reports, and documentation of on-site activities. Serve as the primary on-site contact for subcontractors, inspectors, and clients.

The Successful Applicant

Has at least 5 years of experience as a superintendent in healthcare construction . AHCA experience preferred. Possesses strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality control practices. Excels in leadership and communication, with the ability to effectively manage teams and subcontractors. Is proficient in construction management software and scheduling tools. Resides in or is willing to relocate to the Tampa, FL area.
