Tax Associate – RVA Area

Location :  Richmond, VA (Hybrid)

Schedule :  Full-Time, Monday–Friday

In this role, you’ll work directly with a senior team to help clients navigate complex tax laws, maximize their financial situations, and make smart decisions. This is more than just preparing returns—it’s about building relationships, solving problems, and growing your career in a supportive, collaborative environment in one of the hottest neighborhood's in Richmond!

What You’ll Do

• Review and prepare  S-Corp and Individual tax returns  in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Collect, organize, and analyze client financial documents to ensure accuracy.
• Provide expert advice on credits, deductions, tax planning, and compliance.
• Stay on top of new tax laws, regulations, and filing procedures.
• Assist with onboarding new clients—gathering documentation and setting them up for success.
• Review completed returns for errors or discrepancies before submission.
• Work directly with clients and team members to resolve tax-related issues or inquiries.
• Maintain organized, accurate records of tax communications and filings.
