• Work day shift 4x10 hour schedule from 6 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM
• On-call requirement : 1-2 call days per week starting at 5 : 00 PM on weekdays
• Weekend call requirement : One call weekend every 5 weeks (Saturday 7 : 00 AM to Monday 7 : 00 AM - total 48 hours)
• Float within scope to meet facility needs and between like units / sister facilities
• 2 years of OR experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• South Carolina or Multi-State / Compact RN license required
• BLS certification required
• Radiation badge required and must be provided by agency
• Patient ratio experience of 1 : 1
• Work with 9 OR rooms and handle approximately 5 visits per day
• Use Epic charting system
• Hospital-issued scrubs provided
• 8-hour orientation required
• Complete pre-start modules averaging 4 hours (non-billable)
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks (guaranteed hours protection)
• Extensive surgical skills required including robotic surgery, trauma procedures, and specialty surgeries
• Must be able to work with adults and geriatric patient populations Facility : This acute care hospital features 304 staffed beds and operates a comprehensive surgical program with 9 operating rooms.
