The Department of Pediatrics is seeking a Residency Program Administrator to join our dynamic and collaborative team. We are a vibrant academic residency program dedicated to training the next generation of pediatricians as expert clinicians, educators, and researchers.

The Residency Program Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the operation of medical education for the residency program for Pediatrics by providing administrative, organizational, and operational support. This individual will work closely with the Program Director, faculty, residents, and other staff members to ensure the program runs efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinates the operations of the residency and / or fellowship program.
• Serves as the administrative liaison with external regulatory and compliance agencies.
• Coordinates educational sessions to fulfill program requirements.
• Collects, assembles, and maintains required data for residency and / or fellowship databases.
• Maintains knowledge of current accreditation and board requirements for medical students, residents, clerkships, and / or fellowships as required.
• Participates in resident recruitment process and coordinates the application process.
• Develops and maintains effective working relationships with program directors, staff, faculty and residents / fellows.
