The Job

The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily and weekly payroll operations for freelance crew members. This role ensures that all payroll data is accurate, reconciled, and submitted in accordance with company policies and deadlines. In addition to payroll processing, the position supports crew onboarding, profile management, and resolution of payroll-related issues.

This role provides payroll support for productions including :

• NHL Regular Season and Stanley Cup Playoffs
• Big 12 and Big East Basketball
• MLB Regular Season and Postseason
• NCAA March Madness
• Big 12 Football
• Bleacher Report Productions
