As a Product Manager Lead within PNC's Technology organization, you can be based in Pittsburgh PA, Strongsville OH, Phoenix AZ or Dallas TX. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC's footprint.

As a Product Manager Lead (Cloud Financial Management), you will collaborate with various teams to analyze to understand cloud usage patterns and identify areas for cost efficiency, cloud costs, identify optimization opportunities, determine variance cause and provide transparency into results. This role combines expertise in cloud services, financial management, and operational efficiency to ensure that cloud spending is optimized, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities include :

• Overseeing the overall Cloud FinOps strategy for cloud resources, ensuring that the organization optimizes cloud spending.
• Continuously monitoring cloud spending trends and providing recommendations on cost reduction opportunities.
• Managing cloud billing, including tracking usage patterns, analyzing cost reports, and ensuring accurate billing reconciliation.
• Developing and maintaining financial forecasting models for cloud costs, helping the organization predict future cloud expenses.
• Providing visibility into cloud expenses across business units and departments.
• Implementing cost allocation strategies to assign cloud expenses to the appropriate teams.
• Ensuring transparency in cloud usage by providing accurate and timely financial reports.
• Setting up cloud financial dashboards for real-time visibility into costs and trends.
• Monitoring key performance indicators for cloud financial management.
• Implementing automation tools for tracking and reporting cloud usage and costs.
• Using Cloud FinOps principles and tools to automate the financial management of cloud resources.
• Collaborating with technical teams to understand cloud usage patterns and growth projections.
• Establishing governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.
