Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Lead Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all production machinery and facility systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a proactive approach to maintenance management, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities : Maintenance & Equipment Management
- Preventive Maintenance :
- Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and longevity.
- Corrective Maintenance :
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
- Documentation :
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records using the
- M1 system
- Inventory Control :
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely part replacements.
- Compliance :
- Ensure all machinery operates safely and meets
- OSHA
- and company standards.
Safety & Compliance
- Adhere to and train others on
- Lockout / Tagout (LOTO)
- safety procedures.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential safety risks and maintain a safe work environment.
- Ensure all maintenance work aligns with regulatory and company safety standards.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support
- facility maintenance
- , including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Collaborate with production teams and the
- Engineering & Operations Manager
- to prioritize maintenance activities.
- Lead
- root cause analysis
- and implement process improvements to increase equipment reliability.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support facility operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience :
- 2–3 years in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
- Technical Skills :
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; familiarity with
- PLCs, automation, brazing, or robotics
- a plus.
- Software :
- Experience with
- CMMS systems (M1 preferred)
- for maintenance tracking and scheduling.
- Safety Knowledge :
- Deep understanding of
- OSHA standards
- and LOTO procedures.
- Problem-Solving :
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues under pressure.
- Communication :
- Clear, professional communication and teamwork skills.
- Certifications :
- CMRT, electrical, or HVAC certifications preferred but not required.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced
- manufacturing setting
- with exposure to heavy machinery and occasional confined or elevated workspaces.
- Must be available for
- on-call
- support during off-hours.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to
- 50 lbs
- and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods.
