Your Responsibilities :

• Delivering Patient Care : Engage directly with patients to ensure a safe and comfortable dialysis experience. You will be responsible for gathering vital patient information before and after treatments, initiating therapies, monitoring patients, and collecting blood samples as per physician orders.
• Performing Technician Duties : Ensure the highest quality care by preparing and cleaning dialysis machines post-treatment and conducting safety checks, maintaining a strict adherence to all protocols and regulations.
• Ensuring Safety and Quality : Utilize appropriate safety measures and personal protective equipment. Follow all company policies while participating in required staff meetings and continuing education initiatives.
