Our partner in Jackson needs full-time Hoist Machine / Line Operators to add to their team!

1st shift : 7 : 00 AM- 3 : 30 PM

2nd shift : 3 : 30 PM - 12 : 00 AM

Starting wage is $16-$16.75 / hour

Full-time, temporary to permanent positions in Jackson, MI.

Job Duties for the Hoist Machine / Line Operators :

Operate machinery used in the production process or assist machine operators.

Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.

Observe equipment operations to detect malfunctions and notify operators of any malfunctions.

Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items, manually or using hoists.

Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete.

Mark or tag identification on parts.

Load and unload items from machines, conveyors, and conveyance

Help production workers by performing duties of lesser skill, such as supplying or holding materials or tools, and cleaning work areas and equipment.

Clean and lubricate equipment.

Record information such as the number of products tested, meter readings, and product production dates and times.

Requirements for the Hoist Machine / Line Operators :

Previous machine operator, hoist or forklift experience required.

Skills Required : Computer skills.

Background Requirements : Case by case

Diploma / GED Required
