• Track inventory levels and manage stock using MRP systems (SAP, Infor M3).
• Oversee shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with carriers and vendors for timely deliveries and pickups.
• Organize and maintain documentation related to shipments and inventory.
• Set and manage appointments with carriers and vendors.
• Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document processing.
• Support inventory cycle counts and audits.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to improve processes and maintain safety standards.
