Facilities Manager
The primary focus of this position is to oversee the functions related to the operation and maintenance of buildings. This includes managing these functions for a facility, particularly those with a higher level of complexity for our global technology client.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Facilities Manager position is $106,250 annually and the maximum salary is $123,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
