Own the Growth Funnel Drive acquisition, activation, and retention across digital and offline channels.Run Experiments Ideate, prioritize, and execute A / B tests across landing pages, emails, and ads.Collaborate with Design & Product Ensure consistent messaging across touchpoints and a seamless user journey.Analyze & Optimize Dive into metrics, user behavior, and conversion data to optimize performance.Lead Content & SEO Manage the blog, partner with thought leaders, and grow our organic footprint.Drive Community Engagement Launch initiatives that bring our audience together, from events to newsletters.Report & Forecast Present results clearly to the leadership team, identify what's working, and double down.What We're Looking For :
36 years of experience in a performance / growth marketing role.Proven track record of driving measurable results and scaling campaigns.Ability to work in PT or EST time zones.Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.Remote Role Fully remote, open to candidates across Latin America, South America, Eastern Europe and India. If you are based in Los Angeles or Mumbai, this may become a hybrid / in-person role.This is not your average marketing gig.
