Job descriptionPosition : Registered Nurse (Full-Time, 36-40 hours / week) Compensation : $36 - $55.15 (pay increases based on candidate's expertise, years of experience and other factors) Shift : varies based on unit availability (weekend requirements based on the unit, typically rotating every / other weekend) New Grad RNs, under 2 years of experience, will be required to start on night shift Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience 1 year of inpatient or hospital experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply) Active Illinois RN License BLS / CPR Certification (additional certifications may be required upon hire) ASN required, with a preference for BSN or ongoing education 9 regional hospitals Over 300 care locations across the Chicagoland area 5 specialized clinical institutes Career Pathways to Promote Professional Growth and Development Various Medical, Dental, Pet and Vision options Tuition Reimbursement Free Parking Wellness Program Savings Plan Health Savings Account Options Retirement Options with Company Match Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay Community Involvement Opportunities
