Analyst - Lease Crude (Houston)

This is an entry level position within the Lease Acquisition Marketing Group that supports Account Managers in researching oil purchase and competitor economics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide analytical support to the Account Managers.
• Prepare economic analysis, communicate and track nominations, interface with trucking, accounting, division order, and support customer service.
• Frequent communication with customers to maintain relationships and resolve issues.
• Reconcile differences in real-time production volumes versus the nominated volume with the goal of increased confidence in our monthly forecast communicated to the trading team.
• Review and monitor various research databases for possible new customer opportunities and communicate those opportunities and your research to the account managers.
• Job duties will require strong verbal communication skills.
• Special projects as required.
