We need a Director of eCommerce Marketing Operations to own our growth engine. Youll lead e-comm, marketing, and content teams, drive site performance, and scale acquisition + retention. What Youll Do

• Lead the Strategy : Architect and execute the full e-commerce roadmap to supercharge growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Own the Numbers : Optimize website performance, lift conversion rates, and reduce CACevery metric matters.
• Inspire the Team : Manage and develop a powerhouse team across e-commerce, marketing, UX / UI, and operations.
• Drive Digital Growth : Scale revenue through smarter pricing strategies, product assortment, and funnel optimization.
• Be Data Obsessed : Turn analytics into actionmeasure, track, and refine KPIs that fuel growth.
