What You'll Do :

Monitor and manage communications for the location, responding promptly to incoming calls and dispatch requests.

Coordinate with on-site personnel and emergency responders to facilitate timely assistance during incidents and critical situations.

Maintain detailed logs of all dispatch activities and incidents as required by site-specific procedures and policies.

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Maintain awareness of personnel movements and security-related operations throughout the location to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Communicate clearly and professionally with all staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as necessary.

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
