About the role :

Responsible for supporting manufacturing operations by sustaining and optimizing mechanical and chemical processes within our lithium battery manufacturing plant. Perform set-up and maintenance / calibration tasks, troubleshoot out-of-control processes, and resolve issues to minimize downtime. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Perform routine equipment maintenance and collaborate with engineers to meet production goals.

Work Mode :

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a onsite work model, requiring employees to be in our local office at five days per week.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Observes and complies with all safety rules and regulations (including QSE and ISO Standards). Has in-depth knowledge of safety principles, hazards and requirements.
• Participates in the Material Review Board (MRB) decision process. Complies with all Boston Scientific quality requirements and procedures.
• Performs routine and complex equipment setup. Owns corrective, preventive and calibration maintenance tasks.
• Evaluates and orders necessary equipment, tools and fixtures.
• Work with other technicians and engineers on process improvement. Some experience of project execution.
