Litigation Counsel - WA Licensed

A company is looking for an Associate Counsel - Litigation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal and business counsel on disputes, litigation, and risk management

Manage outside litigation counsel and respond to subpoenas and legal correspondence

Direct and train legal staff, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

Required Qualifications

J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Minimum of 5 years' experience in complex commercial litigation, preferably in healthcare law

Proven ability to manage complex legal projects and analyze issues

Comfortable using relevant software and litigation management tools
