Are you a strong clinical RN with leadership instincts? Abrazo Arrowhead is looking for a Clinical Coordinator to support and guide our Med Surg team on night shift.

This is a great opportunity for an RN with

2+ years of experience

looking to step into a leadership role while staying hands-on in patient care.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate RN scheduling and unit operations

Support staff development and training

Act as liaison between nursing, providers, and administration

Help meet regulatory standards and quality goals

Lead by example in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

What You Bring

AZ RN license + current CPR certification

Associate’s in Nursing (BSN preferred)

2+ years of clinical RN experience (Med Surg / floor experience a plus)

Strong communication and decision-making skills

Leadership potential or previous supervisory experience
