Our client, Gribbins Insulation & Scaffolding , a family-owned and managed company, is seeking a Project Engineer for a high-profile, multi-building project in Lebanon, Indiana. This full-time, on-site role will support project coordination, documentation, and communication to help ensure safe, timely, and quality execution of mechanical insulation work.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Support the Area & Project Manager(s) in daily oversight of project progress, changes, and issuesTrack material deliveries, inventory needs, and usage to prevent delaysCoordinate RFIs, submittals, and documentation with the GC and internal teamMaintain project documentation, including drawings, change orders, and field reportsAssist with cost tracking, labor reports, and production trackingConduct site walks to verify installation quality and progressCollaborate with field supervisors to troubleshoot issues and clarify scopeAttend project coordination meetings and maintain strong communication with all partiesEnsure compliance with company safety policies and job-specific safety requirementsQualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred; equivalent construction or subcontractor experience will also be consideredAt least 3 years of experience in a construction or project engineering role; specialty subcontractor experience is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Necessary Competencies :
Familiarity with mechanical systems or insulation scopes strongly preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints and specificationsAble to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, employees, and supervisorsCan make decisions independently and asks for guidance when appropriateMany of our clients utilize E-Verify as part of their employment process .
