Maintenance Technician III - Lead
The Maintenance Technician III - Lead provides support and resources to the maintenance. The position will supervise staff and help as necessary with verifying that the buildings are in good repair by performing the following duties : maintain building by performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, construction, janitorial, routine appliance upkeep, and other related maintenance activities when required. The Maintenance Technician III will ensure all repairs are managed in a timely and appropriate manner and will be responsible for ensuring buildings and grounds are in a clean, orderly, and safe condition.

Education and / or Education Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 5-7 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CAMT preferred.
Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations
Valid Driver's License and insurance is required.
Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Tool Requirement
Cascade requires that in this Maintenance position, the employees supply their own tools to perform maintenance work at worksites. A list of required tools to perform the basic maintenance functions of the job description must be able to be obtained within 60 days of employment.
