Mortgage Sales Call Center Agent

A company is looking for a Mortgage Sales Call Center Transfer Agent (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of calls with existing or potential homeowners

Pre-screen potential borrowers and transfer qualified leads to licensed Loan Officers

Deliver exceptional customer service and set appointments for Loan Officers

Required Qualifications

Inside or field sales experience preferred

Call center experience (inbound / outbound) strongly preferred

Telesales experience preferred

Previous experience in collections, banking, financial services, or mortgage is a plus

Must be high-energy, self-motivated, and organized
