Compensation : $155,000+ at plan

Responsibilities :

• This is a sales position; prospecting is your number one daily activity
• Conduct consultations with both potential and existing clients to offer tailored insurance and financial services solutions
• Thoroughly assess and explain different coverage options to clients, addressing their unique needs
• Collaborate efficiently with underwriting teams to simplify insurance procedures
• Manage the claims process, including conducting necessary visits for swift assessment and processing
• Employ marketing strategies to help build your business
• Maintain accurate records of clients and business transactions to uphold precision and organization
• Stay updated on industry regulations and new product offerings
• Oversee business operations, including budgeting and recruitment tasks, to ensure seamless functioning
• Employ various marketing techniques to attract new clients and expand the existing policyholder portfolio
