Job descriptionFormat and produce learning materials (eLearning modules, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, etc.) using : Adobe InDesign (primary tool), Articulate Storyline, and Microsoft PowerPoint Apply and maintain consistency with established visual and instructional design standards set by the Creative Director Collaborate with project managers and instructional designers to ensure timely delivery of assets Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing quality with efficiency Conduct light quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure formatting accuracy and functionality Maintain organized file structures and version control for all deliverables Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field (Associates Degree minimum required) Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite) Expert-level proficiency in Articulate Storyline Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design templates and brand / style guidelines Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment Strong organizational and file management skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field Experience working in Learning & Development, education, or corporate training environments Prior experience as an Instructional Designer or Learning Experience Designer Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) in learning content
