Your Role :

As a Concrete Project Manager, you will play a key role in sales, project coordination, and operational oversight, ensuring the seamless execution of precast concrete projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage inside sales tasks for precast concrete products and meet sales targets.
• Conduct takeoffs of civil plans and generate accurate project estimates.
• Provide administrative oversight for daily operations and project execution.
• Develop submittals and maintain strong communication with customers to meet their needs and requests.
• Set and manage yearly pricing for precast products.
• Create shop drawings and design custom precast products.
• Identify and resolve design conflicts effectively.
• Maintain organized sales documentation and project records.
• Conduct research for product development and assist in forecasting for short- and long-term goals.
• Support ownership with management tasks and strategic planning.
• Assist in manual labor tasks as needed to support team operations.
