Head of Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Engineering Search
Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director / Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations focused on industrial fasteners across a diverse corporate clientele. This role requires a strong background in B2B sales, account management, and strategic business development, ideally within industrial or manufacturing sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the fasteners industry and the ability to build long-term partnerships with corporate customers across various sectors, including medical, aerospace, construction, energy, OEMs, and more.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and market share goals.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate accounts across multiple industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets and regions.
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value contracts with clients.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., engineering, operations, procurement) to deliver client solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to inform product and pricing strategies.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and deliver regular reports to executive leadership.
- Lead, coach, and mentor members of the sales team (if in a Director-level capacity).
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or a related field. MBA is a plus.Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in industrial B2B sales, preferably in fasteners, hardware, or industrial components.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a leadership or individual contributor role.Strong understanding of industrial fasteners and their applications in various industries.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.Preferred Experience :
