Recon Middle Office Implementation Specialist
We're seeking an Implementation Specialist to support Project Managers on complex or multiple projects within the Alpha Client Middle Office Onboarding team, specifically for the Reconciliation workstream. In addition to supporting Project Managers, you may lead smaller client initiatives and serve as the primary workstream lead.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple implementations simultaneously, and excels in documentation, communication, and collaboration. You'll act as a liaison between business, implementation, and technology teams, and contribute to a globally structured onboarding teamBusiness Onboarding and Transitions (BOaT)based in Boston, Massachusetts and supporting global Alpha clients.

Bachelor's degree in technology, business, finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in financial services or related roles (e.g., business analysis, implementation, project management).
Experience with reconciliation tools and industry knowledge is a plus.
Flexibility to work late shifts, weekends, or extended hours during client conversions and project deadlines.

Salary Range : $65,000 - $102,500 Annual
