Position Summary :
Signature Addiction Medicine (SAM) services is looking for an innovative, dynamic individual to join our program that provides opioid use disorder treatment. We are outcomes driven and have a strong focus on the holistic well-being of the patient. We have been watching the opioid epidemic grow in Massachusetts and around the nation, and we are motivated to provide patient centered services that will make a difference. We are looking for someone who has enthusiasm, creativity and flexibility to join us. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for MOUD prescriptions of buprenorphine / naloxone (Suboxone). This individual is also responsible for the completeness of all medical aspects of the medical record.

This is a Part-time 24 hour / week position
