Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Strategic Planning Director for their Chicago, IL / Hybrid location.

Overview

Responsibilities include managing the enterprise wide planning process for a VP and above, directing monthly / quarterly reporting and annual operating plan development, and ensuring alignment with corporate strategic direction.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the enterprise wide planning process for a VP and above.
• Directs monthly / quarterly reporting process and annual operating plan development. Ensures rationale is in sync with corporate strategic direction.
• Develops annual business plan and quarterly forecast material and tools.
• Coaches business planning participants on requirements, analysis, and deadlines.
• Manages strategic projects, reports and analysis. Leads the development and direction of selected issues and projects.
• Requires a BA / BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
