Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Strategic Planning Director for their Chicago, IL / Hybrid location.
Overview
Responsibilities include managing the enterprise wide planning process for a VP and above, directing monthly / quarterly reporting and annual operating plan development, and ensuring alignment with corporate strategic direction.

- Responsible for managing the enterprise wide planning process for a VP and above.
- Directs monthly / quarterly reporting process and annual operating plan development. Ensures rationale is in sync with corporate strategic direction.
- Develops annual business plan and quarterly forecast material and tools.
- Coaches business planning participants on requirements, analysis, and deadlines.
- Manages strategic projects, reports and analysis. Leads the development and direction of selected issues and projects.
- Requires a BA / BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Requires a BA / BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.Highly preferred skills and experiences :Experience supporting an Executive leader as a Chief of Staff making business-critical decisions on their behalf, standing in at virtual meetings and on-site as neededExperience in financial and / or operational divisions of a Health Plan BusinessConsulting experience including ability to develop compelling deliverablesBuild relationships across the Client Ecosystem as it relates to the business unitProven experience in strategic planning, business change management, and executive support.Strong program and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal and external audiences.Proficiency in managing budgets, financial decisions, and staffing plans.Ideal candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity and anticipate needs before they arise.Background in serving / working for clients via a consulting firm will help this candidate be successful.Why Should You Apply?
