Job descriptionProvide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry specific security / safety training programs Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. Job Description
Secure Your Future : We have Opportunities for Experienced Armed Security Officers!
Starting Pay $20.00 / hour.
Key Qualifications :
- Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D required.
- Must pass a medical examination.
- Physically capable of performing all duties of an Armed Security Officer.
- Must have an Armed State licensed required, in accordance with applicable laws.
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must be able to obtain, maintain, and carry required security certifications at all times.
- Armed Security Officers must possess one or more of the following :
- Military service in an occupational specialty related to law enforcement such as military police, combat arms, or special forces.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience carrying a firearm as a law enforcement officer, with zero disciplinary action for the misuse of firearms or use of force. Verified on DD-214.
