Well funded, innovative start-up seeks dynamic individual to partner with chef / owner (and CSCA 2019 graduate!) to help develop and implement business growth strategy.

Initial BBQ food truck menu and business concept successfully validated in 2021. Brand new ghost kitchen space with state of the art equipment established in Walpole, MA immediately adjacent to the commuter rail station on the Franklin line.

In addition to having a passion for great food, the ideal candidate is just as passionate about hospitality, safety, innovation and creating a positive team-oriented culture with employees and suppliers.

This hands-on position will initially share day to day operational responsibilities with the working owner and will evolve as the company expands sales channels and staffing.

Critical skills / attributes include : demonstrated leadership capabilities, excellent accountability, critical thinking / problem solving, high energy, team oriented, high integrity and excellent communication skills.

Relevant industry experience preferred.

Competitive salary and bonus. 20 paid days off per year. Potential path to formal partnership and ownership based on interest and impact on the business.
